This meditation was inspired by something I’ve been learning myself, painfully so, especially this last year.

So many of us have been conditioned to believe that our worth is measured by how much we can carry and how much we accomplish. That resting is selfish. That creating space means letting someone down.

This meditation is a gentle reminder that:

You are allowed to rest before you are exhausted.

You are allowed to say no without explaining.

You are allowed to choose yourself first.

You are allowed to rest without allowing guilt a seat at the table.

Because creating space isn’t abandoning your responsibilities.

It’s remembering that you matter too.
