Freedom!
Freedom is an American treasure. We love and celebrate our freedom. We set off fireworks and sparklers and host backyard BBQ’s and we party at the mention of freedom.
Yet, many of us still struggle with truly experiencing freedom in our lives. We are bound to the clock, to mind-numbing jobs, to chemical addictions, to relationships we just can’t seem to make work well. We are slaves to our habits, to drama online (lol) and to any number of different things.
Jesus said that He came to set us free. What does that even mean? He said that we live our lives in bo***ge, like slaves, to our passions, to our flesh, even to sin. How can we truly experience Freedom?
Nic and Lex Renick experienced the same things. Some really hard, some really confusing. Churches didn’t help, as a matter of fact, they were at times part of the problem. Rejection, judgement, condemnation, even hatred. Many people, unfortunately, have experienced church hurt as well. It is very sad, but it does happen; maybe you know personally what that feels like.
Somewhere in the midst of all of this, Nic and Lex encountered true hope, real love, and an eternity of extravagant life! You just have to hear this story for yourself, live, in person, here in Springtown. Would you or someone you know and love want to hear a story of hope, love, passion, freedom and absolute joy?
Come join us Friday night, June 5th, 7:00pm. at the Springtown High School Auditorium! Admission is free, first come, first served!
