I went on an interview for a job and when the boss asked what I wanted for compensation, I replied...

1. FIRST, I would like 20-30% commission on everything I sell and I want to see that percentage get far higher as I improve.

2. I expect to receive a $500 and then a $750 car incentive when I reach a certain level...

3. I would also like the opportunity to earn as much FREE MAKEUP as I can 💁🏻‍♀️

4. I expect you to provide me with the very best free website and online training plus regional training ALL OVER! Oh... can you also toss in a tool that allows my customers to try on their makeup VIRTUALLY before they buy... I need that too 👌

5. When I bring in and train new sales people, I deserve to be compensated a percentage of their sales and the sales of the people THEY bring in.

6. I would like the opportunity to rapidly advance within the company.

7. When I do well, I expect LOTS of praise and recognition, fabulous trips, gifts, and even cash bonuses!!

8. I would like my friends and family to work here with me... when I bring them on, I’d like all of the above 🙄

9. By the way, I need to set my own schedule and work only when it suits me and my family, and I want to be able to wear what ever I want to work... like changing my hair color every other day 😁

10. I’d like to get paid my commission 3 hours after I make each sale, before you as a company even get paid on what I sell and I would like it direct deposited straight into my bank account. Or a Visa card would work too 🙃

So... when can I start?

After the hiring manager recovered from shock, he ROARED with laughter, "Man, you can't be serious! You're dreamin'! You'll never find an opportunity like that ANYWHERE! And if you do...come back and get me cuz' I want to work with you!"

So I gave him my Business Card. 🙌😘👌💄 Just sayin'
