Make sure your child is healthy, protected, and ready for the first day of school! Several opportunities are available to get required immunizations before classes begin.

📍 1115 Pecan Drive, Weatherford

✔️ Immunizations available for children ages 4–18
✔️ Please bring your child's immunization (shot) records.

✔️ Students must be 4 years of age or older
✔️ Shot records are required.
