It's the start of a new week! What are you doing to make yourself better this week than last? Wake up a little earlier. Switch up your meals. Try a new workout. Your body is always adapting and Mondays are a great day to add a new stimulus. I have been doing traditional bodybuilding TUT hypertrophy lifts for about a month now and I am happy to see some slight changes but just to keep my body guessing, today is going to be a mock meet. SQUAT, BENCH, AND DEADLIFT. HEAVY HEAVY HEAVY!
