The Journey of a song: 🩵 Two years ago on my birthday getaway away, I was thinking about how much I still missed my late husband - and while I missed him, I could help but think of the wonderful joys he brought to my life. This inspired a new song. Over the past couple years, I’ve tweaked it, taken to songwriting camps, and played it with friends. In the fall of 2025, my friend Chris invited me to record it on the new Sucia Rosa album. What an honor. As another birthday hits (today) I proud to share this official version that has a new life to it in many ways.
