Signature Home Remodel

Sooo... much to love on this one! We'll just let the pictures do most of the talking! This started as just a wide open basement of a true timber frame home. No existing Plumbing in the slab for the kitchen, laundry or bathrooms. Has its own electrical panel and a/c system separate from the rest of the home. It is now a three bedroom, two bath fully functioning in-law quarters. This takes living in the basement to a whole new level!
Mrs.Julian was not afraid to mix metals, paint and wood tones, and it came out Beautifully 😍😍
