Congratulations, Sherrie! Wishing you continued success as you lead Arrowleaf into its next chapter.

Arrowleaf is pleased to announce that CEO Sherrie Crabb has signed a new five-year employment agreement, continuing her leadership of the organization through 2031.

Crabb joined Arrowleaf in 2008 and has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2014. Under her leadership, Arrowleaf has expanded services, strengthened community partnerships, grown its workforce, increased access to care and support services, and broadened its impact across Southern Illinois.

The Arrowleaf Board of Directors unanimously approved the agreement, reflecting its confidence in Crabb's leadership and vision for the future of the organization.

"Sherrie has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to Arrowleaf's mission, employees, and the communities we serve," said the Board of Directors. "Her leadership has positioned Arrowleaf for continued growth and innovation while remaining grounded in our core values."

As part of her commitment to continuous learning and organizational excellence, Crabb is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Leadership and Learning in Organizations at Vanderbilt University.

"I am honored and grateful for the trust and confidence the Board of Directors has placed in me," said Crabb. "I joined Arrowleaf in 2008 because I believed in its mission, and that belief is stronger today than ever before. The accomplishments of the past several years belong to our employees, volunteers, partners, donors, and supporters who work every day to improve lives across Southern Illinois. I am excited to continue building on that success together."

The timing of the agreement also reflects Crabb's long-term commitment to the region she calls home. She and her husband, Stephen, remain proud residents of Johnson County and the Tunnel Hill community. Their son, Sean, will graduate from Vienna High School during the upcoming school year, and their daughter, Janel, will graduate from Vienna High School in 2030.

Please join us in congratulating Sherrie and celebrating this exciting milestone for Arrowleaf's future.
