With 8+ years at Marshall’s, Derrek worked his way up from insulation installer to department head, now leading production, estimating insulation and HVAC projects, and helping customers improve comfort, efficiency, and safety using a “house as a system” approach. He specializes in weatherization, residential and commercial insulation, and HVAC equipment sales.
Outside of work, Derrek loves hiking, camping, nature photography, and spending time outdoors with friends and family—whether boating or riding the trails and dunes.
