UPDATED A man who was shot and killed in a reported road rage incident in New Carlisle has been identified and two suspects were arrested Wednesday, July 15.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a shooting on Ohio 235 at Gerlaugh Road at 3:20 p.m., in front of Casey’s, finding Luke Hollifield, 47, with a gunshot wound to his chest off the left side of the roadway, according to a media release.
