ForResting the Soul

Well, friends...it's official, I've relocated my practice. I'll eventually have better photos and videos, but for now, here's a short tour. My heart is so full of gratitude to all who have helped bring this to life and to Great Spirit for always nudging me in directions and then supporting me through it.

While I've already provided energy work through Access Bars technique for almost five years, I will also be Reiki attuned by the end of June. I'm honored to be following the call for that as well.

And, I'm excited to now be offering private self-fascia release sessions to help you with your home/daily practice, with tools. If there's anything that turning 50 later this year is teaching me is that WE MUST TAKE CARE OF OUR FASCIA - AND THIS IS AN INSIDE JOB. I mean, I can help and all....but, really, it's up to you, boo. Just like it's been up to me to manage my own, so I know the struggle is VERY REAL. Let's do it together! 🫶

There are lots of classes and gatherings happening and planned for in The Den. There's even one starting next Tuesday morning at 10AM that supports your fascia! 😉 You can find the Google Calendar of events on my website at www.forrestingthesoul.com and click on "The Den".

This is the very first time, in my 23 years of practice, that I've dared to show up in full expansion in my own space rather than nestling myself inside someone else's business.

I'm excited for you to get to officially "meet me" as you open the door to ForResting the Soul.

This space, this container, is the fern unfurling. It's my life's work, and I look forward to sharing it with you - however that may look.
