We are looking for a well-groomed, friendly, upbeat hotel front desk person to be responsible for welcoming guests, managing online and telephonic bookings, and verifying guests' payment methods during check-in. You should have a pleasant and professional disposition with guests and other hotel staff.

To be successful as a hotel front desk, you should provide guests with general information about the hotel and surrounding area, and stay up-to-date on attractions that may be of interest to guests.

Hotel Front Desk Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
• Checking guests in and out.
• Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically.
• Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in.

Must have a pleasant, welcoming persona. You must possess a great deal of patience toward guest and work peers.

Housemen:

We are looking for a well-groomed, friendly, time-conscious individual to be responsible for such as delivering and removing a crib or rollaway bed, work a buffer to polish a floor, clean the Hotel’s trash bins throughout the facility, sweep and mop the stairwells, put away inventory upon request, stock supplies for the Room Attendants, as well as be the overall go to person for Housekeeping.

HOUSEMEN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assists in keeping the lobby area clean, neat and free of debris and trash as needed.
• Receives linen supplies from laundry and stocks linen closets on guest floors in a neat organized manner.
• Washes walls and ceiling, moves furniture and turn mattress.
• Sweeps & mops, vacuums and floor.
• Maintain high level of confidentiality when working with guests.
• Paying attention to details of the rooms; ensuring that all lights are working and detectors are functioning without a beep.

This is just a few of the duties expected of a houseman. You must possess a positive attitude at all times.
