Another project complete! Got rid of an old, dated cast iron tub and upgraded the tub/shower with a Fiberglass unit. Decided to open up the bathroom, and removed the arches! Made a huge difference! Even though it wasn't in the estimate, we went ahead and installed a new exhaust fan, put in a new ceiling, installed new flooring for the customer and painted the walls. Although it wasn't a necessity, I felt it was needed and the right thing to do for the customer! Its not always about money, its about building relationships with your clients! We couldn't have asked for better customers!! Complete transformation from start to finish! We decided to change the layout to maximum the space and open things up. What a great decision! Bathroom turned out amazing. We took everything down to the existing frame, All new plumbing and electrical throughout! We added more lighting, changed it all over to LED, did away with the bulkheads to open the ceiling up, and even installed a nice Bluetooth Exhaust/Light combo. A Nice big shower, with a beautiful, black shower door, a beautiful vanity and top, and LED Mirrors. We enlarged the closet area to provide more storage, added wood shelving for the customer, new doors with black hardware to match the fixtures and the Luxory Vinyl Plank Flooring.
