Five leaders. One candid conversation.
Join us at Ladies Who Launch to hear how Biz 417’s 2026 Women Who Mean Business honorees navigate the pressures, expectations and decision-making that come with leadership.
These women are leading teams, organizations and major initiatives across southwest Missouri, and they’re talking candidly about what that actually requires. Trust us, this is a conversation you’ll want to hear.
Special thanks to our panel partner Forvis Mazars and presenting partner Central Bank of the Ozarks..

You’ve made your mark. Now it’s time to craft your legacy.
Tomorrow is the final day to apply for the 2026–2027 cohort of The Legacy Network. Six months. Curated mentorship. A peer network of executives shaping 417-land.

Thank you Commerce Bank and Burrell Behavioral Health for investing in local leaders.
Every leader started somewhere.
A Sonic carhop on roller skates. A kid with a corn knife in a Nebraska bean field. A teenager behind a Fossil watch counter at the mall. Before the executive titles and corner offices, the 2025–2026 cohort of The Legacy Network started there, too.
The first desk doesn’t define the professional. But the lessons learned there often shape how they lead.
If you’re ready to grow your influence, expand your perspective and sharpen your leadership alongside other executives shaping 417-land, applications for the 2026–2027 cohort close May 31.
Only 24 leaders are selected. Apply here: http://legacynetwork.biz417.com.
Thank you Commerce Bank and Burrell Behavioral Health for investing in local leaders.
