Movement Tip of the Month: Take a “movement break” before your body asks for one.
If you sit for long periods, try standing up every 30–45 minutes and doing 3 simple movements:
- Gently roll your shoulders back
- Turn your head side to side
- Stand tall and extend your hips by lightly squeezing your glutes
These small movement breaks can help reduce stiffness, improve posture, and keep your spine and joints feeling better throughout the day.
