Raise your hand 🙋‍♀️ if you love arm and hand work! Of course as a massage therapist this is one my favorite parts of a session when receiving. One of the most common comments I get from clients is how good it feels to have your hands worked on, all of those nerve endings, small bones and connective tissue through the arms and hands really need it. Some times in sessions we skip arms and hands because other areas need more love but don’t forget about them! Maybe even request them the focus of our next session🫶🏻

Today is one of my favorite days since 15 years ago and such a cool milestone to reach. I don’t think I should be old enough to have been doing something for 15 years but here I am. Yes, I was a young 18 year old girl fresh out of high school taking on massage school. I graduated from Dayton School of Medical Massage in May of 2009 and found out on August 14th that year that I passed my boards. It’s been a journey, one I am very proud of. Now, let’s pray I can keep these hands going for 15 more 😊
