A unique and exciting live production is kicking off a two-week run at the Hoogland this evening. Billed as a choreopoem, For Colored Girls Who Have Considered . . . features performers delivering a spellbinding collection of vivid prose and free verse narratives that explore the lives of contemporary Black women. Friday and Saturday night performances begin at 7:30 p.m., with Sunday matinees at 3 p.m.
