Brooklake Farms Bnb. This project is personal to our client. She lived in her grandpa’s home red s**g and all. As we update this property, we also honor the significance of the story and the family legacy that is beautifully alive and well.

You don’t always have to demo the whole thing! We’ve created a full functioning space for a dozen plus people to enjoy.

This space is the upstairs bunk room we have called The Lookout. It has great views of the property at The Lodge. We were able to remove some existing hvac ductwork hiding in some bumpouts to gain some more space. In the bathroom we strategically hid the attic access with wainscoting. Much improved and ready for guests!
