We’re at it again, one more time. We’ll be at Vermont beer company ( formally trout river ) on Saturday July 30th from 2-5 pm, to serve more of that delicious THAI food, you’ve come to love. Please join us and indulge with your favorite meals and don’t forget those Crab Rangoon and the famous veggie and pork egg rolls. Hope see you, again.

Simple Asian will be open today June 3rd for it’s final day of business after a good 5 year run. With the constant rise is raw good prices, this has made it very difficult to be profitable to sustain and grow. We have done the best that we could have,to keep our prices down, but unfortunately, our decision to close comes with a heavy heart. We will be doing some events that we have committed too.

We want give everybody a “thank you “ for your support and gratitude over our 5 years of serving the great people of Springfield and surrounding towns.🥲

We will be closed Monday and Tuesday MAY 16th and 17th. The owner had to go out of state for a funeral. We should be open on Wednesday 18th. Will keep you notified.
