No you’re not perfect.

You’ve known triumph and failure, unity and division. But acknowledging our flaws doesn’t diminish our gratitude for the freedoms we enjoy.

Real patriotism isn’t pretending our nation is perfect. It’s loving it enough to pray for it, serve it, and help make it better.

Today, may we thank God for our freedom, honor those who sacrificed for it, and ask Him to continue guiding our nation.
