😬 Believe me, I’ve rolled my eyes at this advice before too. But the truth is, when I consistently move my body, I consistently feel better!
The key is to find something you enjoy so you actually want to do it!
Remember, any movement is better than none. Start small and you’ll see the difference! 💪
