AG Giving

This evening at 6:20 CDT our longest serving volunteer at Global University Prison Ministries went running into the arms of Jesus.

Bob Henderson was a very faithful volunteer who loved grading the test sheets of our students, especially the first course "The Great Questions of Life". He loved writing to them when they had questions and praying for their prayer requests and even shared them with the prayer group at Maranatha Village.

Bob was a second dad to me; he made me feel welcome when I started at Global University Prison Ministries, would take me out to lunch at times and just did so many wonderful things not only for me but others have also been touched by his generosity.

Bob also loved to tell others about Jesus; he took numerous missions trips to Mexico to work on churches and to tell people about Jesus, he would hand out red glass beads to people and tell them it represented the blood of Jesus that was shed for their sins and that God loved them and wanted them to spend eternity with Him.

While we are sad that he is no longer with us; we celebrate that he is now no longer struggling with the physical problems that he has had to face the last few years, he now has his perfect healing and will never again face sickness nor any of the other things that we still struggle through.

Please be in prayer for his wife Martha, his children, grandchildren and other family members.

Bob: I love you my brother and will miss hearing your voice and your stories but know I will see you again someday.

We start a 6 week ministry trip today. We are meeting with 5 different district officials and have 6 mission services in TX, NM, AZ & OK. We will be pulling our 5th wheel (home away from home). Please pray for traveling mercies and God softens the hearts for Prison Ministries on who we will be meeting and ministering to.
