Another selection from our Classic Cocktail Menu: the Clarified Coconut Cosmo.

A Cosmopolitan that has somehow become transparent. Vodka, triple sec, coconut liqueur, lime, and cranberry, clarified with coconut milk until perfectly clear.

A little tropical. Very composed.

In a small but significant development, we are pleased to present the $8 Martini.

London dry gin. Dry vermouth. Orange bitters.

It is neither excessively wet nor unnecessarily dry. It arrives chilled, properly composed, and with very few ambitions beyond being a good martini.

Most notably, it only costs eight dollars.

Available daily, for those who appreciate balance in all things.

A Vespa is recommended, but not required.
