This was a difficult one. Spent over a year looking to find the right place for my clients, which were first time home buyers. Getting priced out of the market, we had to get creative. Found this “cash only” foreclosure that multiple investors passed up- but with some great negotiations we were able to come in and finance it with a rehab loan. Clients were able to wrap all remodeling cost into their loan and after the house gets fixed up my client will have an instant 60k in equity.
