Juneteenth commemorates June 19, 1865, when the Union Army enforced the Confederate States to free the last enslaved people.

Today, we honor the end of slavery in the U.S., celebrate resilience and liberation and recognize those who sacrificed in the pursuit of freedom, justice and equality for all.
