On December 30th, 2025, the FMCSA removed three Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) from its list of approved devices for use in commercial motor vehicles.
It is stated that Drivers who are using these devices are required to switch to paper logs immediately.
Motor carriers have 60 days to replace the device.
