You can only hold someone's feet in your hand for so long. They grow and become too large... and well, kind of stinky. It is hard to imagine that both of person's feet fit into the palm of your hand. Those feet will take your baby on the journey called life. It starts with you, then the teens years, the figuring out yourself twenties, the trials and tribulations thirties, the stable and hardworking forties, the almost to retirement fifties, the starting to live freely again sixties, the enjoying every moment seventies, the wise old eighties, and the beautiful and content nineties. To think the first few years mom and dad get to hold those feet is quite remarkable. Imagine documenting your entire life, the entire journey your feet take you on. I wish I was better that journaling but I am pretty good at documenting through photography. I would love to hear the different forms of memory keeping! How do you document your life? Do you prefer in the moment photos or more of a posed style? ​​​​​​​​​It's the organic photos for me! I love seeing families interact with each other and I love to feel their energy.
