For tonight’s feature Chef has prepared a crab crusted grilled 10 oz. lobster tail accompanied with buttery asparagus and a smoked Gouda mashed potato and garnished with applewood smoked bacon and scallions

For our feature today chef has prepared a tuna salad, salad. This has a scoop of ahi tuna atop mixed greens dressed in balsamic, olives, tomato, cucumbers and boiled egg. Our soup of the day is a Spanish style clam soup with a saffron tarragon broth.

Today chef has prepared a creamy chicken and wild rice soup and our feature today is a barbecue spiced chicken breast sandwich with rattlesnake and cheddar cheeses, lettuce, tomato, and grilled red onion on a Kaiser bun

For our feature today chef has prepared a bbq pulled pork sandwich with cheddar and rattlesnake cheeses and crisp fried onions on sourdough. Our soup of the day is an oriental chicken noodle soup.
