Just a few “housekeeping” reminders as we head into this new year.

**Treehouse has a three strike policy for missed or late shows to an appointment. After the third violation, we do dismiss patients from our practice. In dentistry, the overhead is very high and when patients miss appointments, I still have to pay for staff and keep the building open and operating. 

** We’ve had a 10 minute late policy implemented since opening the practice in 2019. If you arrive to your appointment 10 minutes or more after the start of your appointment, you will be rescheduled. We do this in fairness to all of our other patients and to keep the schedule running efficiently and on time. I am extremely cognizant and value our patients and their family’s time. I would also ask that you would exercise understanding and kindness to my front staff if you were asked to be reappointed. 

We are living in trying times and I just ask that we all exercise kindness to each other. We really aim to create a loving and welcoming environment for all of our sweet patients! Afterall, they are the future 💚
