Congrats to Evan “Michael” on the occasion of his confirmation. I was honored to be asked by him at a recent Chalice of Salvation taping to be a proxy for his actual Confirmation sponsor, who was unable to be here for the Mass. It was also a surprise to see our Bishop back in action during this Good Shepherd Sunday weekend, as he continues his recovery from his recent surgery.
