This has to be the biggest fire hazard I've EVER seen. Absolutely crazy what some people will do jist to get the job done. I only do s**t the right way. Told the property manager to get an electrician out to fix everything before I do anything. Was sent for a full system swap.

Examining the weathered wood shingles on this old house, it's possible this structure dates back to the 19th century. The craftsmanship is remarkable.

This house was ransacked. Thieves took everything, even the plumbing fixtures and copper wiring. Now we're heading to the attic to see what else they disturbed.
