Springfield-Clark CTC Culinary Arts Program

The Jaguar Room, proudly operated by our Culinary Arts students, would like to sincerely thank everyone who supported us this school year. Your visits, encouragement, and enthusiasm helped provide our students with invaluable real-world experience and growth in the culinary field.

The Jaguar Room is now closed for the season and will reopen in September. We look forward to welcoming you back for another exciting year of student-created dining experiences.

A great day honoring our Veterans. One of my favorite days of the year. We offered a wedge salad, roasted chicken or pork chop and our cheesecake for dessert.

With the snow day on Monday, we had to move our Veterans Day celebration to Wednesday 11-12-25. The Jaguar Room will be closed the rest of the week.
