When should you poach? How do you cover your partner when they back up for an overhead? Teach young players that they must cover the next ball after their partner has backed up for an overhead using this drill. This excellent doubles drill can be used by players aged around 11 years old to the best in the world. Coach Amy Jensen can be credited with teaching us what she calls the "scrambled eggs drill"
