Professor Akash Belsare's ENG 366 ECCE Story of Food class (and a couple of guests!) enjoyed a feast created by Chef Kimsimone Manning, A Taste of Seoul. Chef Kimsimone shared her Korean fusion cuisine and spoke with us about her food journey and experiences as a local business owner and restaurateur! It was amazing. Thank you, Chef!
