The work the students do at Madison School in South Holland and their Mad 7 Action News broadcast project is amazing! The Foundation and Illinois Farm Bureau are proud to support their efforts with a journalism grant check. Such a fantastic group of young students!

Executive Director Jeff Rogers visited York High School this afternoon to take a journalism grant check from Illinois Farm Bureau and the Foundation to Brendan Chambers and his students. They're doing great video broadcast pieces and podcasts at the school there. Looking forward to seeing what more they do this year!

Had fun and got some great questions about journalism from the students at Michele Clark Magnet High School this morning! They received a journalism grant from Illinois Farm Bureau and the Foundation. Congratulations!

The first High School Journalism Grant check of 2023 from Illinois Farm Bureau and The Illinois Press Foundation has been delivered. $1,500 to Putnam County High School to take its Paw Prints online, among other things. Congrats!
