Bagels!

Working on my third attempt to get a sourdough starter, started..... It's been a struggle as of late to get anything to work.

Today is day one of the pineapple method
3.5 TBS of Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 Cup of Pineapple Juice, no additives
Stir 2 to 3 times daily for the next 48 hours.

Check back on Tuesday for the next steps ...

My have over proofed the dough last night, as I did not achieve the oven spring I wanted ... Nonetheless, we will still eat it.
