We are very sorry for the late notice but class and group tonight (Thursday , March 12th) are cancelled. Please plan to attend tomorrow morning's group from 9:30am-12:30pm (and SMART right after!) OR tomorrow night from 5:30-8:30pm. OR BOTH! See you tomorrow! Be sure to take good care of yourself tonight!

Remember, there is a great AA meeting at 5:30 at the church across the street from the Center (Cumberland Presbyterian Church) OR try something new and check out the Ozarks Dharma Community meditation group tonight at 7pm at National Avenue Christian Church!

This week only, Friday night group will meet in the afternoon instead!
