Take a behind-the-scenes tour of the facility, meet Water Department staff, learn about the treatment process, and discover the work that goes into providing safe, reliable drinking water for our community.

The tours will showcase the complete water treatment process, including pump stations, clarifiers, and the filter gallery. Participants will learn how water is treated and monitored before it reaches homes and businesses throughout Springfield.

This event offers opportunity to also meet the dedicated employees who work every day to provide safe, reliable, and affordable water to our community.
