Knowing we could be without power for several days should be the starting point for creating your supply kit:
-Have food and water per person and pet to last multiple days
-Have spare medication as most stores will be closed
-Have radios and extra batteries
-Review daily needs and match your supplies

Hurricane Season Tip: Every household has different needs in an emergency. Update your emergency supplies & make sure your kit includes items for children, older adults, pets & anyone who may need medication or medical equipment during a storm.
