5:40pm - 6:40pm

Do you love flipping around in the silks with dynamic movement and drops and ever wondered, can I do that on trapeze? Yes you can! In our Trapeze Twists and Drops workshop we are going to explore the ropes with with some fun shapes, twist, turns, and yes drops.

Pre-reqs: You should be able to invert comfortably in the air for this workshop.

Please arrive 15-20 mins early to fully warm up your body on the ground. This class will only have a shortened warm up.

🌸Aerial Chains w/ Smo & Sara (Beg/Int)
6:45pm - 7:45 pm

Step into a bold and dynamic aerial experience with our Aerial Chains Workshop - designed for adventurous aerialists ready to explore strength, control, and artistry in a completely unique apparatus. Unlike traditional aerial equipment, chains offer a raw, industrial feel that challenges both your technique and creativity.

In this workshop, we’ll focus on proper body engagement, endurance, and adapting familiar aerial concepts to a less forgiving, more physically demanding apparatus.

Prerequisites: Prior aerial experience, comfortable inverting on a sling and familiar with foundational skills is ideal. A fitness enthusiast with a pull-up and a strong core can join with modifications.

What to Wear: Form-fitting clothing that covers the backs of the knees and torso for comfort and protection

If you are not attending the trapeze workshop before, please arrive 15-20 mins early to fully warm up your body on the ground. Set your stuff in the cubbies and find a spot out of the way in the pole forest to warm up on your own.

🌸Duo Pole with Smashing Smo and Sara (High Beginner/Adv)
7:50-8:50pm

Grab your pole besti and come have fun making shapes with us in the air. This workshop will include partner warmups and partner pole movements.

Sara and Smo have both been practicing pole for over a decade and have taught and performed across the region with numerous circus companies. They love teaching pole in new communities and sharing the love of body movement.

Prerequisites: Some pole experience - must be comfortable moving around the pole & climbing. Partners will be paired with people of similar skill sets. Bring a bestie??
