This week, we’re excited to introduce Jeff Bryant, our Program Director at I Pour Life. Jeff leads with humility, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping young people discover their potential and purpose.

For the past eight years, Jeff has dedicated himself to supporting youth as they navigate life's challenges and opportunities. Known for his steady leadership and genuine care for others, he believes that meaningful relationships and positive influences can change the trajectory of a young person's life.

When asked why he works at I Pour Life, Jeff shared:

"I really enjoy seeing youth find who they are in life. Helping them find their purpose and then seeing it still play out years later is what keeps me going. Also, connecting them to people who are a positive light that will push them to be the best version of themselves. That is what has kept me around here for the past eight years."

We’re grateful for the wisdom, leadership, and heart Jeff brings to our team and the youth we serve every day. His dedication to helping young people discover their purpose continues to make a lasting impact far beyond today. 💙

This week, we’re excited to introduce Cat Leonard, our Chafee Manager at I Pour Life who brings deep experience, unwavering advocacy, and a true passion for supporting youth in foster care.

With more than 10 years of experience working within the Chafee program, Cat has dedicated much of her career to walking alongside older youth as they navigate independence and adulthood. Known for her compassionate leadership and commitment to advocating for young people, she brings both wisdom and heart to the work she does every day.

When asked why she works at I Pour Life, Cat shared:
“I Pour Life recently took over the Chafee contract which I have worked under for the last 10 years. I was excited to learn of their innovative approaches to helping older youth! During that time, I had a life-altering medical emergency and IPL leadership were understanding and patient as I healed, which is a testament to their integrity and caring nature. I am grateful to work for such a loving and dynamic organization!”
