Together, we’re already gearing up for our first major project under the new banner — a large housing development right here in Springfield, breaking ground later this spring!

Russell Completes Acquisition of O'Reilly Build - Russell Group Construction & Development Russell has completed the acquisition of Springfield, MO-based O’Reilly Build. The acquisition brings a fourth office for the construction and development firm, having completed successful acquisitions in St. Louis in 2020 and Kansas City in 2022.

An O’Reilly Development community under construction has been spotlighted in this week's Springfield Business Journal Fall Construction Report!
is partnering with Catholic Charities of Southern Missouri on the 42-unit Mountaintop Homes community. The project aims to provide affordable housing for mixed-income families and homeless or at-risk veterans in a mix of two- and three-bedroom units.

MOUNTAINTOP HOMES | Showcasing construction milestones with our clients is always a delight!

This week, our leadership team met with representatives of O'Reilly Development Company, LLC and O'Reilly Build, LLC at the Mountaintop Homes construction site.

Eight of the units will be reserved for veterans at risk of homelessness and their families. These families will receive direct support from an on-site CCSOMO case manager.
