I have a itch to do something so wondered if anyone fancied join in on a free Online Group Dance Workout one evening?.

It will involve a warm up, learning some very basic dance moves along with a little routine to learn and lots of toning and stretching... I'm just putting it out there to see the interest then I'll go ahead and figure it all out. X
