Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job description:
Foster Senior Living is looking for an Accounting Associate with a broad range of bookkeeping and accounting skills. Our well established management company is 2nd generation owned and operated, with 17 assisted living, memory care, and independent living communities in 6 different states. Our philosophy is Fostering Leadership to Serve, and for over 36 years we have successfully accomplished our mission. Pay dependent on experience.

Your duties will include general accounting tasks, provide oversight to our close-knit team of bookkeepers, work with the Controller and CFO to ensure accuracy of assigned tasks.

In this position we prefer experience with the following:
Experience in Matrix accounting
Senior housing accounting knowledge
Bookkeeping experience with processing of Payroll/Payables/Receivables,
Experience in leading an accounting team of bookkeepers
Must have knowledge in financial review,
