Oliver’s Atypical Coffee

Our little family at Oliver’s Atypical Coffee remember the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country.

Later is better than never. With the help of folks at both the Springfield Department of Health and the Licensing Office we are finally underway and are looking forward to joining and serving the community.

With a heavy heart, we share the passing of DESE’s former Commissioner of Education Dr. Arthur Mallory. Mallory was a passionate educator who advocated for access to public education for all Missouri students. He served as Commissioner from 1971-1987. During Mallory’s tenure, he oversaw the passing of legislation for special education and gifted students. He was also instrumental in promoting legislation requiring that every Missouri school district offer a Parents as Teachers program. Thank you, Dr. Arthur Mallory, for your service to Missouri Education!

Moving day. We made the 18 mile trek northbound to our new home on the lot of EZ To***co and V**e at 1536 Sunshine in Springfield Missouri. One more inspection and we look forward to serving you as early as December 1st. Keep an eye out for our menu which will be made public in the coming days .

Signage going up this weekend . Next week Serve Safe Verification and sealing a deal on a location ( fingers crossed ).

In November of 2023 we found a deal on a trailer in Arkansas and with very little notice we high tailed it down there and procured what was to become the first Oliver’s Atypical Coffee. We are getting closer to naming an opening date . Thanks for being patient while we put on the finishing touches.
