✅ Drink water consistently — don't wait until you're thirsty
✅ Carry quick-acting glucose with you, always

☀️ Use SPF 30 or higher — and reapply!
👕 Cover up during peak sun hours (10am–4pm)
💧 Stay hydrated — heat + medications can be a tough combo
🌡️ Know the signs of heat exhaustion: heavy sweating, dizziness, nausea

Also — if you take blood pressure meds, diuretics, or certain antibiotics, you may be more sensitive to sun and heat than you realize. Ask us!
