Sunday, we celebrated a powerful and historic moment for Dwelling Place Church as we hosted our very first Ordination Service.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to our newly elevated Deacons and Deaconess. Your “yes” to serve is not just a title—it is a posture, a commitment, and a calling.

Scripture reminds us in 1 Timothy 3:8 that:
“Deacons likewise must be men and women worthy of respect, sincere, not indulging in much wine, and not pursuing dishonest gain.”

Being a deacon is more than a role—it is an attitude of humility, integrity, and faithful service. It is the willingness to lead by example, to serve with compassion, and to carry the heart of Christ in both word and action.

We are grateful for your obedience, your character, and your dedication to the Kingdom. Dwelling Place Church is stronger because of your leadership.
