Due to our company growing we are hiring at our Springfield, IL location effective immediately.

Hoosier Tire Midwest - Allgaier Performance is looking for a Front Office Coordinator.

Your duties will include:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Take and process tire orders accurately
• Balance credit card transactions daily
• Email customers weekly account aging reports
• Print and mail month-end customer statements
• Maintain organized filing systems
• Shipping & order processing
• Assist accounts payable
• Process receiving inventory
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Job Type: Full-time in person 8:30am - 5pm Mon-Fri
