Jordan brings over 14 years of experience supporting students, educators, and school systems across Missouri. A graduate of Missouri State University, he holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree and has built a career centered on helping every learner succeed.
He began as a Special Education Teacher in Southwest Missouri, where he spent six years working closely with students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. This experience shaped his strong foundation in inclusive practices, individualized instruction, and meaningful collaboration with families.
For the past eight years, Jordan has served as a consultant with Missouri Schoolwide Positive Behavior Support (MO SW-PBS), partnering with schools and districts to strengthen systems that promote academic success, positive behavior, and inclusive learning environments. Through coaching, professional development, and technical support, he has helped educators and leaders build sustainable, evidence-based practices.
