We'll be gathering at the beautiful Urban Grounds Coffee + Plant Lab in Ozark Missouri. We’ll explore how our breath can lead us back to our hearts, ease tension and improve core health. 🌸 Mingle with others while you explore our pop-up shops: featuring natural skincare products from Eminence Organics, LaLaLinks jewelry, houseplants and a custom herbal project you can make

You've probably heard me mention my new group programs and how excited I've been about this experience. I started with nutrition and now I'm expanding into movement. I realized that many of my clients could benefit from extra support and accountability around movement. I started to see that what you needed more than me, was EACH OTHER.

I know that getting the recommended amount of movement and exercise in each week can feel impossible for a variety of reasons.

Life after active treatment isn't a walk in the park - it can be stressful, scary and difficult feelings may arise if you compare your "old self" to your "new self". These circumstances can work against your will and desire to improve your health. To top it all off, you may be feeling alone in this process without support to keep you motivated.
